The Blu7ive Cell Phone Cooler is definitely not for every phone owner or even most for that matter. It’s for a select group of hardcore Android or IOS games that’s really about it. Unless you have an LG phone which is known to overheat I guess. I don’t see any mainstream need but more of a niche especially regarding the emerging android gaming scene. Games like NOVA, Modern Combat or Dolphin emulation require GPU intensive processes to run properly. This tends to cause phones to overheat and when this happens as a defense mechanism the internal thermostat tells the CPU and GPU to throttle itself to cool off which results in poor performance over time which really hampers gameplay in this setting.

I don’t have any fancy temperature devices that could tell me what the internals of my galaxy s7 was doing during my testing however what I can say is it was noticeably cooler during my dolphin emulation and Nova 3 experience. I did not see any improvements while playing dolphin emulator as it’s more of an issue with the JIT compiler not being optimized for Snapdragon processors however modern combat did run about 5-10fps faster after extended playing time which typically is the time when it would begin to slow down which is awesome. The product comes with a USB port perfect charging the device you are using, you have a wheel that can change the speed of the fan and it has stands so you can use this product as a stand or hold it in your hand. Overall it’s a solid product however if you are someone who is really into android gaming go and buy a Chromebook already. I have the Acer Chromebook 14 and it runs android games 100x better then any phone can even with this product help. So this is why I’m so conflicted here so make sure you really need it if you choice to get it. Thanks for sending me this item for review.

UMTELE 20X Telephoto And Fisheye Lens + Mini Tripod Android And iPhone Cell Phone Lens Review

The UMTELE 20X telephoto and fisheye lens which happens to come with a mini tripod is an interesting package. I was hyped for this thing when I originally agreed to make a review of it as I wanted something that could help me produce more professional mobile photography. Unfortunely this item here did not do the job and I will get into why later on. The package is quite impressive the box feels premium and the telephoto lens is by far the most impressive mobile lens I have ever seen. When you spin the shaft of the lens it dilates like a DSLR zoom lens. The small white text that can be found on the front of the lens seems very authentic to the way Sony does their lens and it looks very professional. The product also comes with a simple to use fisheye lens that works fine and doesn’t require the clip. However, the clip is definitely necessary for the bigger lens and the company recommends not using it without the tripod as well. The product comes with a Bluetooth remote which you can use to take photos remotely. They were nice enough to include a lens cloth and some detailed instructions which just further adds to the premium feel. The product claims in the title to be made for Android And IOS. This is the biggest issue with the product as I will discuss more coming up but I feel like this product was not well optimized for galaxy phones. As I tried multiple different galaxies the S7 and S6 and did not have a satisfactory experence.

So now for my actual user experence. Setting up the product was not so simple usually lens are larger enough to just kinda screw into the base clip. In this case, you have to kinda push the phone lens part into the clip and it doesn’t feel natural and at times is unbalanced. Moving the security clip to the right angle was simple enough all you needed to do was unscrew it a bit and move it around. The tripod part also was not too bad just had to screw it in quite simply. Now with all the components screwed in it’s time to go use the product. I tried attaching my phone and no matter what angle I used all I saw was an extremely blurry image that showed me basic colors of my surroundings and that’ it. I messed around with this thing for like 20 minutes and it simply did not work. I tried removing the clip and just manually moved my phone around to find the perfect angle with my hand. This did not work either I then invited my dad to use his Galaxy S6 and he could not figure it out either which resulted in him selling me to just return the item. This issue was perplexing so I took some time to read some of the others Amazon reviews and many people do mention that this product seems works better with iPhone which is a shame. Man this is really a bummer as the product is so well made and looks awesome. However it simply does not work for the S7 and that’s a huge problem. If you look carefully at all the reviews all I see is some really blurry zoomed in photos and some fisheye photos. I do not see a single decent looking zoomed in shot on Amazon and I think I know the reasons… Anyway, guys thanks for checking out this review this item was sent to me for review. The HUMIXX magnetic car mount holder is a little cooler then most car mounts that depend on strapping your phone down to its holder and hoping the spring doesn’t pop on a bump causing your phone to drop right before the critical turn on GPS mode. If you couldn’t tell this has happened to me as I don’t wish to relive that memory any further. This product is cooler because as I mentioned before it’s dependent on magnetism to function and don’t fret if your phone has a case. I was certain my galaxy s7 would not work as the Unicorn Beetle case is composed of mainly plastic. The product addressed that with another magnet you plug onto your phone thanks to this sticky white tape like material that you put on your phone first and then you place the magnet on and the product sticks to the holder with relative ease.

In terms of actual usage attaching the holder to your vents is relatively painless. To simulate this experience I used a fan in my room and was able to apply the product even while the fan is on. This is important as this could happen with your A/C vents mutually. The magnet is strong and supports 360 motion from your phone. Spinning it or just plain using it upside down is acceptable although I don’t know why you would need to do that. Maybe some sort of way to exploit an app or something? Overall it’s a solid product and does the job nothing more I can ask really. This item was sent to me for review no further compensation was provided.

Blusmart IPX8 Waterproof Phone Case Review

I have a very painful story to share from my past. I worked at a day camp and if you remember a few years ago when the ice bucket challenge was a fad my camp decided to bring a fire truck into the camp by surprise and sprouted water at everyone in sight. This was not some weak stream it was a powerful blast of water that drenched everyone in sight. My phone did not survive the event and is no longer with us. It was a galaxy s4 and it supposedly had IP rating forgot what it was. Anyway, the verdict of the story is next year when they did the same thing I put my phone in this product here and it was the Galaxy s7 by the way. And now I’m here typing the review on my phone. It’s pretty obvious how it went this year.

The product comes with 2 pouches one for your phone and one for something bigger like a tablet or wallet. It’s very nice and it feels satisfying when you close it. Mine came in blue don’t know if it comes in other colors or not. It’s called Blusmart for a reason I guess so that makes sense. ForPeak Lavalier Lapel Microphone with Flexible Aluminum Phone Tripod Review

I’m very impressed with the ForPeak Lapel Microphone with the flexible tripod as it brings two necessities into one for me. The tripod that comes with this item works great and can adjust to any size you want it to or angle. The product comes with legs bent on the tripod so you can easily prop them up if necessary for additional height. The tripod also has joints that can be adjusted for specific angles that are not possible on more rigid tripods. You can screw in a cell phone holder if you plan on using this for a cell phone but just in case you want this for more a traditional device it does have the screw for DSLR cameras and go pros.

Now to the lapel microphone it works like any other one and can be clipped on to any shirt. Fortunately, this product comes with a clip so that’s not too hard of a task. It even comes with a cable extender which I don’t know why you would need in this case however maybe I’m missing the point of it. Their’s nothing wrong with it and I’m complaining so no worries. Now regarding the actual quality of the microphone. it sounds pretty good background noise is minimal and sound quality is relatively high. Every computer is different but my computer requires you to use Realtek audio for any microphone that uses the 3.5mm audio jack which this one does. No drivers are needed when installing so that’s a relief. Overall it’s hard not to like this item it provides 2 quality items in 1 I like it a lot.

Elzo 3 in 1 Cell Phone Camera Lens Kit Review

The Elzo 3 in 1 Cell Phone Camera Lens Kit comes with all the lens you want from a budget product. Fisheye, Macro, and wide angle they all do indeed work. However, there is a downside I must discuss that’s significant. If you have a big thick case like an otto box or a unicorn beetle beware you are going to need some upper body strength to get the hook to attach to your phone while the lens is on the hook and some patients too. This is simply unacceptable and needs to fixed moving forward I should not have to take off my phone case to use a macro lens. Most people will not do that however if you can look past this flaw it’s a solid product for the most part.

The product comes in a nice carrying case which protects and transports all three lenses. The fisheye lens which is also the biggest lens was by far the easiest to install and hooked on to my phone with relative ease. The macro lens and wide angle lens not so much but they did, in fact, work as directed. Visual quality remained relatively the same through my tests although slight degradation may have occurred as photos do look a bit more granular now. Also, the lens cleaner was appreciated as I dropped this lens a lot during my tests. It’s also cool how this works for both IOS and Android.

Tecboss Dual Foldable Phone Tablet Nintendo Switch Stand Review

The Tecboss Dual Foldable Phone Tablet Stand is indeed a versatile product. I presume it works from many products from tablets to phones however the purposes for my tests were a little bit different. I recently purchased the new Nintendo Switch and the product comes with a kickstand so you may be wondering why exactly I need this? Well, first of all, it gives me a little more elevation and secondly and more importantly I can choose a better angle more suitable for my playing style. In both cases, this product does the job and as long as you have sturdy and balanced surfaces it does that job well.

Transporting this product is indeed quite easy when it’s not being used. It folds up perfectly great for planes trains and automobiles. The aluminum alloy looks nice and it’s not just for looks it also helps prevents scratches and skids from happening so that’s real nice.They claim it works with iPhones, Galaxies, Nintendo Switches, Ipads, Kindles etc. Based on what I tested here I would assume that is the case. I do have some small nitpicks with this product as it’s not perfect. Firstly I wish you could make this thing taller. It gets maybe 3-6 inches of the ground and secondly, if your surface is not balanced it may tip over. Overall it’s a cool product I’ll definitely be using to play the legend of Zelda breath of the wild on my road trip coming up
